Chilman Restaurant is situate in G-9 Markaz close to Tehzeeb cooks, Islamabad Pakistan. They serves desi food, lunch, supper, beverages and espresso, has a parking area and a dinning area. Chilman café is an all inclusive resource for all the desi food sweethearts. It has everything beginning from a super desi channa chaat, gol gappay, dahi baray to chicken and sheep karahi, biryani pulao and so on

My new visit to the spot was a week ago when I felt so exhausted of the mainland food and wanted for something desi to help myself to remember my way of life and home. Clearly Pakistani food had consistently been my top choice. The taste, the tarka, the flavors, the smell of new peppermint and coriander causes me to feel nostalgic Anyway, The spot has a fine stopping that implies you don't need to cruise all over the streets to locate a void dangerous parcel. The vibe is great and something like a Pakistani TV dramatization would show as the Urdu and Pakistani culture. The menu has such countless choices and I am certain there is something for everybody and each sort of needing.. The staff, as always was friendly but, the wait time is like, ALOT! They literally served me after 70 minutes, if that makes any sense. But, again! The wait was worth it .

I ordered chicken karahi and biryani.  Everything was stunning, the karahi had a magnificent mix of flavors and the biryani was full of spices and roti was completely cooked and light. The prices are okay but i guess can be edited. It is bit more towards the pricy side which I never mind when they’re providing you quality. I suggest visiting this spot with family and gatherings for lunch supper or even a basic cup of tea. I truly like their tea. The staff members are very corporative and friendly. During covid they start providing free masks and sanitizers with proper safety .Due to this covid pandemic they strictly follow SOPs for the safety of their customer and staff. The surroundings are also very friendly. Fast service makes it super advantageous for them.
